Busy Room 11!

We have had a busy term so far.

We have been practising really hard for our Year 2 Pasifika showcase with a focus on Tonga.
We went to the Auckland Museum to learn more about Tongan culture.
We have made our very own Tongan Tapa cloths and they look awesome!

Daffodil day was on Friday and we all showed our support by wearing clothes that are green, orange or yellow.

So as you can see we have been super busy growing our minds.

Term 3 is already here...

Kia ora,

Welcome back to busy term 3  - we are excited to welcome our new principal Mr Sam Holt to PCS.
We look forward to getting to know him better.

Remember to keep up to date with your child's learning on SeeSaw.  Don't forget our school newsletter comes out fortnightly most families have asked for this to be received via email.  It also can be located on our PCS webpage too.

Our term value is determination.  In Room 11 we will work hard to challenge ourselves and grow our minds no matter how hard something is we will try our very BEST!

Caring for our beautiful animals...

The Year 6's in Room 33 have been looking at how we should care for our animals.  Room 11 is helping to spread the word and get their message out there.
Check it out!

We care for animals and we would like to share our our message that animals need the same care as people. Please read and share our brochures 'The 5 Freedoms for Animals' to get the message across to many people.
